Victim’s/Hotline Advocate**: Our biggest need is for volunteers willing to work on the hotline. We ask our advocates to take one or two 12-hour hotlines shifts each month.

Office Internships**: Those working in the office have the opportunity to work on what interests them most while doing victims advocacy as needed.

Special Project Volunteer: Assistance around the office and within the community is always needed – this may be posting flyers around town, creating information packets in the office, or sorting through donations.

Large Groups: Groups that would like to do one-time projects at SAFE are always welcome.

** In order to volunteer in an advocacy role, a person must complete a state-mandated 40-hour training. These are offered three times each year. They provide the information and tools needed to assist victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, elder abuse, and child abuse.
