Supporting loved ones from a distance

“Some people can be so close to you even if physically far, they walk with you and stay near in every moment of your life.”

How to Help

This section includes tips for people who have loved ones that may be in an unhealthy or abusive relationship.

  • Continue to try and check in regularly by calling or video chat (If that is an option).

  • Let them know that you will always be there for them.

  • Take care of yourself as you navigate these difficult feelings.
